2. Products and fitment

Our products are aftermarket accessories designed for specific Tesla models and years, as stated on each product page. ModeledUp is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. "Tesla", "Model 3" and "Model Y" are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. and are used only to describe compatibility. Please confirm your vehicle's model and year before ordering. Product images are for illustration and the actual product may vary slightly in color or finish.

3. Installation and use

Install and use our products according to the instructions provided. Do not operate or adjust accessories while driving. We're not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification or use with incompatible devices or vehicles.

4. Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars, or in Canadian dollars where selected, and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, to limit quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order, for example in the case of a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card provider are your responsibility.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ModeledUp's total liability for any claim related to a product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region that cannot be waived by contract.
