Refund policy

Every ModeledUp hub is checked before it ships. Because of that, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives with a problem, we'll make it right.

What we cover

  • Defective: the hub doesn't power on, a port or retractable cable doesn't work, or it stops working under normal use.
  • Damaged in shipping: the product arrives broken, cracked or crushed.
  • Wrong item: you received something other than what you ordered.

How to request a refund or replacement

  1. Contact us through our contact page within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a photo or short video showing the problem.
  3. Once we confirm the issue, we'll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method, whichever you prefer.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Costs and expenses

Please note: the customer may be responsible for some or all costs related to a return, refund or replacement, including but not limited to:

  • Return shipping and packaging costs
  • Customs fees, duties or taxes on returned or replacement items, especially for international orders
  • The original shipping fee, which is non-refundable
  • Currency conversion or payment processing fees charged by your bank or card provider

We'll tell you about any expected costs before you send anything back. Items returned without our approval may not be accepted.

What isn't covered

  • Change of mind, or ordering by mistake
  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, accidents or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Requests made more than 14 days after delivery

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days or your package is marked delivered but never arrived, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region. Where local law gives you additional rights, such as a statutory right to cancel an online purchase, we will honour them.
