We ship ModeledUp products worldwide. Here's what to expect.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates and delivery times
- United States: Standard $19.99 USD (3–5 business days) or Express $29.99 USD (1–2 business days) after dispatch.
- Canada: Standard $19.99 USD (3–5 business days) or Express $29.99 USD (1–2 business days) after dispatch. Canadian orders are charged in CAD, converted from these USD prices at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders over $75 USD.
- Rest of the world: International Standard $19.99 USD (5–8 business days) or International Express $29.99 USD (3–5 business days) after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed. Delays can happen during holidays, bad weather or customs processing. The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the country they're sent from may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We can't predict or control these fees, so please check with your local customs office if you're unsure.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away through our contact page and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, your package shows as delivered but you didn't receive it, or it arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it. For damaged items, see our refund policy.
